Our approach
Every programme is built to meet the evolving needs of today's workforce, so learners gain practical experience alongside theoretical knowledge.
Digital support, data, automation, AI and leadership, chosen because employers are actually asking for them.
Structured training sits alongside hands-on workplace learning, so what is taught on Tuesday gets used on Wednesday.
Every programme ends in an industry-recognised qualification, with certification routes such as CompTIA where relevant.
We aim for sustainable development for the individual and the organisation, not a certificate that gets filed away.
Funding
Levy payers can cover 100% of training costs from their existing contributions. If you do not pay the levy, the government funds 95% and you contribute the remaining 5%.
Fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy for eligible employers.
Non-levy employers contribute only 5% of the total cost.
Next step
Whether you are building digital capacity in a school, strengthening a technical team, or starting your own career, there is a Primary Goal apprenticeship that fits.
