Primary Goal’s apprenticeship training is excellent. Sessions with Sophie’s Primary Goal coach have been beyond helpful at understanding what she needs out of the course. Sophie is very happy in her sessions and values her time with her coach. Since beginning the programme she is much more confident, much more aware of different programmes and how these can be used to reduce workload. She always mentions different programmes during staff briefings and presented a workshop on AI to all schools in our Trust. She is also part of the Trust Digital Transformation team.
